77.29% of Hondurans living in rural areas do not have access to clean water in their homes, which is why we have assumed the vital responsibility of addressing the problem, focusing our actions on improving water supply, basic sanitation and hygiene, strengthening water boards and protecting water sources, with the purpose of raising the quality of life in the most vulnerable areas of Honduras.
By 2027, it expects to benefit 650,000 people with access to clean water in 49 municipalities in rural areas of the country.
